Zindagi b kya khel hai
kahin jeet dilaati hai
toh kahin haar dilaati hai
kabhi khushi deti hai
toh kabhi nami deti hai
kabhi hansaa deti hai toh kabhi rula deti hai
Samaj nahi aata, kis mod pe le k ja rahi hai
kahin beech raaste mein toh nahi chorh rahi hai
kitne aur raaston pe abhi batkaayegi yeh zindagi
kab tak dikhaati rahegi yeh apni darindaggi
Eh zindagi tere se ek hi hai khawish
tu mat kar meri izzat ki numaaish
Bahut ho gai teri berehami
Ab toh kar de puri saari kami
Dua dunga tuje main
Log be denge tuje dua
mat bana tu meri zindagi ko juaa
Eh zindagi,pahuncha de muje meri manzil par
Bas itna tu muj pe ehsaan kar....

FRIEND ???

Those were also the days,when we used to share rapport
now are also the days ,when i try to refrain from you
there was a time, i used to thought
you are my life boat
who will sail with me through whole life
I mull that i have got a true friend
devoting myself fully to you
but i was wrong somewhere
as the friendship tried to breathe here
I found that i am no where
As the time passed
you started taking everything for granted
you never recognized what i expect from you
But still i tried to move on with you
But i will never forget,that still you have done a lot for me
I will keep on loving you becoz.....
I will always be there for you,when you need me
still you are better than others
i had made a commitment to myself

Every emotion or feeling has the tendency of altering of or modifying our biochemical profile.In other words our body is physical outcome of all our thoughts and emotions we have been rearing in our menatl plane.our body every cell is influenced by the way we think and feel.In addition our all thoughts emotions and feelings get stored in vibration code of our cells.
The mind is equipped with incredible powers that can change life.It is like creating the power which can create anything ranging fom worst to best.The worst gets manifested when the mind is overwhelmed with negativities propagating anxiety,woories and depression,which furtehjer shoo1 up into various forms of diseases.
generally,anxiety,stress,worry all just need a single negative thought for their negative
thought for their ignition.But,often you don,t get aware of that negative thought,instead,you sense this negativity when it has assumed some other worse state like headcahe or stomach ache.

Nature is my best friend

From the day of inception of my life

gives me message to remain serene
